Germany to London in 3 days Great communication with the main office and 2 extremely helpful removal guys. One bedroom apartment on 3rd floor/via lift move, they loaded everything in 3 hrs. Unloading was excellent, load went direct into storage which took Just over an hour to complete. Loading in German on a Friday morning with unloading In London on Monday afternoon. We recommend Lopa Removals.

Strees Free I moved from Paris to London and I chose Lopa Removals, it was my first time moving to another country. I was very stressed I contacted few other companies but Lopa removals was the first one who put their photo on the email. And I just felt like I trust them more. Lopa Removals Moving 2.5m3 from London to Lyon. The movers were professional and polite. However we have received our items 13 days after the collection day, while the delivery was initially scheduled 5 days after the collection day. This has been explained to us because their van had a mechanical issue. Lopa Removals were kind to offer a financial compensation due to the delay. Boxes were in good condition but we packed our items with a lot of caution. Besides the quote they provided to us were one of lowest compared to other quotes.

Lopa Removals They made the estimation of 40m3 for our removal, planned for Friday and Saturday. The came on Friday (5 hours later than expected) and immediately said that not everything would fit. We try to contact the company as soon as we were informed but was too late (Friday 5pm), so we sent a mail asking for a solution in order to have everything moved. There was no answer to the mail and the people at the house did not offer any solution. On Saturday morning they first said that everything would fit, but at 2 pm they said that finally some things cannot be moved, that their time there has finished and they just left, leaving lot of stuff at home. I had to book a eurotunnel ticket, a van and take a day off to make the move by myself for the remaining objects. When I tried to claim the incurred costs, they denied any wrong doing and refuse to refund anything.
