Moving hijacked and extorting me to get more money! TRANSON Movers - Manchester Shipping LLC HAS HIJACKED MY BELONGINGS and they are EXTORTING ME TO PAY MORE MONEY TO RELEASE THE CARGO!!! I hired a door to door service from Dubai to Spain. I hired 30 m3 , despite that my belongings were less than 20 M3, because they assured that this would be quicker and safer. I paid 20,000 AED including insurance, almost double than the price that other companies were providing for 20m3, but they assured that it would be better. During the pick up they were trying to charge me last minute, without my consent, 3 boxes valued at 700 AED each for what they called special packaging. And one of them was for packing a "thai cap" that is valued nothing!!!. What I signed was: "Single delivery of the personal effects to residence in X city in Spain up to 1st floor, Unpacking of furniture’s and removal of debris on the same date of delivery ". Now that the cargo is at the port of Spain, and received by the intermediary MUDINMAR, they are asking me to pay more than 2000 AED extra to the intermediary that they hired because they say that they can not deliver to my residence as they say that it has a "difficult access". Funny thing: my residence is in a more than 4.4 meters wide street (which is already 1.4 meters bigger than the average), no open to traffic but perfectly open to cargo, no obstacles, no cars park, no decorations, no seats, NOTHING! (as the theater next door download heavier and bigger materials in big trucks) and in addition to this IT ALSO HAS A CAR LIFT AT THE DOOR (so they don´t even have to worry about opening a door!!!). So it couldn't be a better place for delivery as I have been told at the Town Hall of my city, and by the Police. TransON is CHEATING ME AND EXTORTING me to pay by myself anything that the intermediary asks for, to release the cargo. As I am not going to cease to the extortion, as my contract has been hired with TransON only and it was ALL INCLUSIVE TO RESIDENCE, that by the way has one of the EASIER ACCESSES than any city in Spain, I am waiting for TransON to deliver my belongings to my residence and release the HIJACKED cargo as paid and as per the LAW. If not I will need to open a case at Dubai and Spanish courts. I have never dealt with a MAFIA, but I highly recommend you to stay away from TransOn or Manchester Shipping as they give you a price apparently "good", but after the extortion it would be more expensive than hiring a reputable shipping company in Dubai, that there are plenty. By the way, "Manchester" it is only the brand, because this company has NOTHING to be with the real Manchester in UK, as it is an INDIAN BASED company, which means that they are not following the EUROPEAN rules, so it is like giving your moving to pirates directly. BE CAREFUL!!! Now you will see excuses below from their employees, but the reality is that my belongings are currently HIJACKED. If you have any questions, don´t hesitate in telling me, as I will be more than happy to tell you about my experience, but hopefully you only have to see pirates in the films...
