Moved from Dubai to Bucharest and things didnt go smoothly The volume was not calcularea prior to packing therefore I had not only to look for a bigger container but I also left many furniture items behind. Reached Bucharest exactly 2 weeks after my goods have been packed and the partner agency had no clue the ship even departed. Many communication issues with the partner agency Premier here in Bucharest with the paperwork, exact dates for goods delivery, basically the whole process has never been explained to me. They expect me to know it. Elite didn't help to easy the communication at all. My car came damaged. Cannot possibly recommend this agency but the truth is the movers both in Dubai and Here were very well organized, extremely efficient and polite and did an amazing job. Very hard working people and reliable

The slowest EVER!!!!! The planning, the pick up etc was ok....BUT the time taken to deliver my items is beyond normal! its been 2 and half months!!!!!!!!!........and counting!!!

Movedc from Dxb to Melbourne I have recently migrated from Dxb to Australia during Covid-19, honestly speaking it was a tough time but still they havw managed to deliver shippment within commited timelines. They have professionals for packaging and moving stuff because none of my household stuff was damaged or lost during transit. I have also requested some air shipment which was great, last but not least trust me their rates are best and cheapest in market as compare to other movers becasue I have checkee most of them.

Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs. They don't hold up on to the agreements they made. MR. Baker makes a lot of promises but doesn't live up to them. When trying to ask for a solution they just start ignoring you.
