Shambolic . Do not go anywhere near this company. For starters, I was told my possessions were being picked up by a 'team'. Belongings to be transported from my chalet in Switzerland to the US. No team arrived. A single, brutish punk in his early 20s arrived, cap backwards - who walked in to my home and immediately asked to use the toilet. He spent 20 minutes in the bathroom relieving himself. This is not only outrageous, but just the beginning. After smelling up my apartment he came out and hastily began packing my things - claiming he was in a hurry to move on to another pick up and delivery 2 hours away. The first thing he broke was my best Japanese bowl which he carelessly put on the counter and it fell in to the sink. He took an arrogant, condescending attitude when I asked him to bubble wrap my few valuable items. He refused to use bubble wrap although he had it with him. He said to me 'Watch and Learn' as he wrapped the valuable bowls and plates in a couple of sheets of paper (not bubble wrap). He continued to get several phone calls from his boss telling him to 'hurry up'. He then informed me that he did not have time to pack the furniture in boxes (required by law and company policy) and would take them to the warehouse and do it there. Frankly, I could not wait until this creep left my home. I was alone and wasn't going to argue with a kid who was clearly audacious, rude, cocky and unprofessional. Meanwhile 4 months later, my possessions arrived in a port 2 weeks ago, 3 hour drive from my home - sitting in freezing cold snowy conditions - including my lifetime of Photography work. They are refusing to give me an exact delivery date saying 1-4 weeks. This is pathetic. I am 3 hours drive away. I am sure my things are in ruins. They will compensate accordingly as I have already contacted an attorney regarding their lack of professionalism and dishonest time line for delivery. This company needs to go out of business. Do not use this company. Do not buy the persona they present to the world as a friendly and professional company. It's an act.

As any move is, very stressful Professional and courteous.
