Dont use OSS if you want your possessions to arrive in one piece or in a number of occasions arrive at all. It took 7 months for my stuff to arrive in Sydney from the UK and when it did my £7,000 PC was smashed, a 4 way monitor stand with 4 X 32 inch monitors attached to it magically vanished, clearly stolen and numerous other items missing. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! Their response is to blame me and say I didn't check the boxes properly, if you want to get your stuff transported safely and securely AVOID OSS WORLDWIDE AT ALL COSTS. I will be sharing this review far and wide in as many places as possible as they suck. AVOID!

Fantastic service and definitely recommend Great service. Cannot fault OSS. We moved from Australia to the UK and they were professional and helpful every step of the way. We moved mid-pandemic and were quite nervous about big delays, but it all went according to the quoted timings. The quote was clear, the packers were great, and we were kept up to date on expected arrival of our shipment in the UK. We didn't have a permanent address by the time it arrived so it was put into storage for a month and OSS (and their UK partner, ReloUK) helped with that. The delivery of the shipment to our new place was well organised. No major breakages or issues (a couple of wine glasses were broken but that's to be expected I think). There was a lot of packaging material, but it is all recyclable which was important to us. One thing to note is that we didn't have the crew pack up our house (our things were already in storage in Australia) or unpack/assemble furniture in the UK (because of covid risks), so can't comment on this aspect. But based on the good experience I expect this service would also be high quality. Really great overall and would definitely recommend and use again.

Do not use these guys they are absolute rubbish Absolutely terrible they hit you with unexpected costs. They promised 6 weeks for door to door delivery and it’s nearly been 5 months. From Sydney to Wellington (NZ) they transfer your goods to another company once it’s arrived to destined country. I spoke to the new company (New Zealand Movers) and they are now asking for a further $600 to deliver to my doorstep. Plus $287 for quarantine inspection fees. I have spoken to OSS and they haven’t got back to me as if it’s not there problem. Very slack and almost scam like.

It could have been perfect, only packers integrity ruined it Overall, the move was very well organized and executed from the assessment of volume, through packing days, shipping days and shipment status, shipment delivery, delivery and unpacking day. All was very smooth and rather stress free. My only stresses ultimately came from the packing crew - and this was only discovered as the boxes were unpacked well after the delivery date. Boxes were packed with very heavy full file cabinets/boxes turned on the side and placed into super large boxes which no single person (me) could reasonably unpack (regardless of age fitness) without physically causing injury. It was unreasonable! I thought it a one-off of one box and then it happened again, and again and again until it seemed maliciously done at the packing time. The other major disappointment is that I had accidentally left a cash box in my first days pack-up space. When I realized it at the end of the first packing day, I let it go unspoken with a shrug of 'i'll have to deal with finding it and cash conversion at my destination address'. That was foolish. The hand-carved wooden box which was precious in itself is missing- along with all the cash. And of course, I have no way of reporting this since it was never planned to be included in the packing or insured items list. It has now been months and that $8000+ of cash is long gone. It is unbelievably disappointing that the box wasn't brought to my attention on the day, or simply packed with the rest of my belongings. As best I can tell, all the staff at the point of departure shipping company and destination company workers were amazing and have integrity. Only these 2 packers personal actions made the experience less than perfect.

Items missing/stolen during shipping process. After doing some research into reliable/trustworthy international shipping companies (because I had read about theft being an issue within this industry) I engaged with OSS Worldwide Movers to ship my household items from Sydney to Los Angeles in 2019. My items were packed and collected from my Sydney apartment by OSS Worldwide, taken back to their warehouse, then repacked from the truck into a shared shipping container. When finally delivered in California, 2 cherished items were missing. Since then I've been emailing OSS to find out how the items could go missing - as I'm assuming they were stolen. The company has declared they've searched their warehouse and can't find them - so I'm guessing they see this as the end of the story. It seems unfair that they demand payment upfront for a move, yet seem to want to have little to do with actually finding out what has happened to my items - or investigating whether they were stolen by their own staff. I can't help but wonder if things would have been different if the payment had been made on delivery of ALL items.

Great customer service and affordable rates. within no time I had it delivered to my doorstep here in the U.S. Highly recommend using their services for relocating. Its a big step to take !

Fantastic service pre-contract; awful experience after The initial salesperson was great, responsive, competitive price. As soon as we were signed on we were handed to a moving consultant who was OK in the beginning. The day of the move, they turned up with one removalist (despite quoting two) for a $14k international move. They took twice as long as promised, damaged our wall as the removalist had to try to move the couch alone and forgot an entire cupboard of things (which is still in Australia somewhere). I had to cancel the cleaner and re-book (they refunded this cancellation fee after much back and forth), but refused to pay for the wall. The consultant was slow to respond, did not care about our case at all and wouldn't escalate my case despite multiple attempts. I would never move with them again.

Nowhere near what was promised and poor after-care. I honestly would never move with this company again. We paid $13k for this move. Beforehand they were attentive, competitively priced and really helpful. As soon as I was handed over from the sales team it was terrible. Our agent was slow on emails; on moving day they arrived with ONE removalist for a whole house. Not his fault, but the move took 3 times what was promised and I had to cancel the cleaner and re-book. After 3 weeks I finally got a $100 reimbursement for that. The removalist damaged a wall getting the couch out as he was by himself. He said he would get the company to pay, fine. On trying to get any communication or reimbursement out of the company... it's been 5 weeks and I'm still trying. It's insane. I have to keep following up the agent and she barely responds and keeps ignoring my request to escalate the reimbursement. Oh also, the agent on this side (USA) said all of their documents were useless and I need to re-send them anyway. I would NEVER move with them again.

Excellent door to door service Right from telephone staff to the movers, the guys were amazing. Asked questions while packing. Nothing was damaged upon arrival. Every item was placed where requested. I would use this company again

Easy We moved 9 cubic metres of furniture from Sydney Australia to Singapore, OSS provided a very reasonable price, did all the packing and unpacking, kept us updated on the progress of the shipment and when we could expect to receive on delivery. Shipment arrived slightly earlier than initial expectations with nothing damaged. Will use OSS with our next move.

Horrid experience OSS PARTNERED WITH ASIAN TIGERS (DOMESTIC) FOR MY MOVE FROM AUSTRALIA TO CHINA. I was really unhappy with the service from my OSS agent after the initial paperwork. Was a stressful move, stressful paperwork with their chinese counterpart, lots of miscommunication. My Oz agent ignored me a lot. Many goods were mishandled and damaged on the chinese end. I didn't claim for everything as didn't notice in the right time. received a payout for the items i did claim for. had a big mould outbreak on many of my items which i had to throw out. if moving to china....i do not recommend bringing your good here. paid extra port fees due to OSS putting my container on a ship due to arrive before a week long holiday. will not use OSS again - they made it difficult and stressful. Plus my move manager didn't understand how things worked in china so always palmed me off. horrid experience.

OSS Worldwide Movers - NSW Uplift was February and arrived in mid-June. Urgh. Once it got to the UK the delivery date was changed 3 times. Packers were supposed to unpack, re-assemble beds and remove boxes, they didn’t. Complained and they sent two people the next day once 75% was unpacked already by us so we could get into the kitchen and bedrooms. Meh.

I have no idea as yet what the condition of any of my things will be. Knowing what I know now I would have chosen a bigger company that may have been more efficient as I am waiting to move into a new house. I am not happy with the service so far. Instead they waited until I had realised they were acting different from agreed, and queried it. Their explanation was full and put my mind at ease. Despite these concerns the main thing was we got our shipment complete and without damage. The packers needed instructions for shifting a number bed.
