Thoroughly recommended Conroy. Their quote was realistic and very acceptable compared to some other companies who quoted grossly inflated cost to move around 4 cubes from Marlborough NZ to Cairns. Communication was outstanding,regular email updates were provided as to ETA of my belongings right down to when the ship had arrived in Brisbane.

very friendly very helpful After initial hiccups of getting a response from Conroy's in NZ they were helpful, friendly, efficient, patient, accommodating! I felt very well looked after. Then there was a long gap, next I got a long, harshly worded mail from the British partner. This was the very first contact with them and they threatened fines if I were to be late paying the freight tax. I did not know that this expense was coming, I had not budgeted for it! It was a lot, nearly a quarter on top of the overall moving cost. This was not nice!!!! Neither the manner of communicating nor the surprise expense and the double whammy was just awful.

Moving my life back to home country Thank you for making my move to the other side of the world as smooth as possible. There were few issues related to communication with the moving company at the beginning, but afterwards everything worked great. Friendly and professional for a reasonable price! folk at the company were slightly muddled but ever so helpfu they lost my first mail so I had to phone to get a quote after that ever so helpful, friendly, accommodating came and picked stuff up after i had left and took more than i had booked in for great, highly recommendable company!

Ok Cheap in price, kept in contact, fast delivery. Package and handeling in Brisbane was shocking items were just put into the truck with out being packaged. Which I assume is where my almost new 55" tv was broken. Screen cracked and the screen is black. They were rough with my items just throwing and dragging it around. However in nz they were awesome and professional.

Conroy Removals - New Zealand I didn't receive my goods in good condition. Even at the time of picking up my goods was not handled properly by the staff of Conroy. I lost my guitar and my expensive dressing table was scratched and BBQ was heavily dented. The wasing machine was not even Handled properly. Not happy with the service.

Other companies used sub contractors which made the process bigger and more expensive . Personal contact is best. . Price point when moving , is imperative and dealing with customs and other regulators is important . Given my product was already wrapped and packed for international removal , this definitely was big part of negotiations .

Conroy Removals - New Zealand Excellent service & communication, spoilt by thoughtless stowage. Antique mirror smashed due to being laid flat with 2 armchairs on top of it! Another mirror cracked, with signs of something poking into box & a wine glass broken in a slightly crushed box that was marked fragile. Otherwise very good service both in NZ & in UK. Good delivery times & Robinsons staff in UK were brilliant.

Conroy Removals - New Zealand Service was prompt, packing was great, our stuff arrived intact and in the same condition from pick up to delivery. Communication was effective too, an update was emailed throughout the process. Just a few comments though: I wasnt advised as to whether they will provide the.boxes or not. I had to ask if they will provide them thinking that they will get back to me for delivery of boxes. It was when i asked that they said theyd charge extra with the.boxes and would give me an updated quote. (This was after the finalization of the quote ). I had to rush the packing and source out boxes in time for pick up. Also, i had to ring their operations in Wellington myself to check what time the pick up will be as i have not received a supposed call. The delivery took almost 8 weeks. I was advised 4 to 6 weeks.

Conroy Removals - New Zealand Overall experience is not satisfrying. To start with the packing up to the waiting time until the goods was delivered. Waited for 8 weeks. I dont know if this is because of holiday season that caused tge delay. But the staff here in Melbourne who did the unpacking was really helpful .
