Ship 6 boxes from Singapore to Sydney Seamless

Smooth From the first initial enquiry to the last email and/or notification, the journey was smooth, the staff were very informative, the timeframes were very precise, cost was affordable, packers were hardworking and very good with handling the merchandise so we fed them good. We witnessed the packing process from beginning to closing those container doors which left us in awe and very appreciative of the service provided in Sydney. We took a risk on not paying insurance. On receiving our goods 5-7weeks later I believe the damage incurred happened between the unloading of Conroy container to the ports container at Mount Maunganui. Although not a great loss, it was a mar on the name but in NZ. I recommend this company and will use them again if given the opportunity.

Rip off. I chose an air freight and the 12 box estimate ended up 6 box in actual. Even though there was a reduction of 6 boxes, the estimates $2250 ended up $2150. Only a $100 difference even though there was only 6 boxes instead of 12 boxes. Also, there was no mention of not being able to include canned food items in the shipment. I was only told that I cannot carry any food item (even packaged or canned) on the time of pickup. I rang up the office and conveyed my disappointment and was told to buy my own excess baggage in flight to carry them. Worst customer service ever. I wouldn't recommend Conroy Removals Brisbane.

Stressfree Team Conroys NSW the best...

Conroy Removals - NSW We went with a moving company recommended by a friend. Not this service. This service was annoying and completely not helpful. Companies harassed me way before we were ready to consider the move. No one was helpful, just persistent. I did not like having a whole lot of random phone calls with no information. I would have appreciated a clear outline of cost from each one so that we could compare plus actual details of insurance cover and benefits to help with making a selection. At that point, I would prefer to contact people in my own time. What is the use of this over wise? I just gave my data for free for people to harass me and try to give “great” deals.

Conroy Removals - NSW our goods arrived within a mount, a few small items were broken due to poor packing. the only issue we had was the washing machine bowl was not bolted secure even though the bolts were left with the machine and a garden hose was transported in the bowl. but all in all we were happy with the service we received. we were kept inform all the way and the consultants were great
