Singapore to Abu Dhabi My carbon fibre road bike valued at $4500SGD was stolen from my shipment in Singapore. The shipment had insurance for transit, I have been in contact with Mr Bhargavan who was dealing with my move for over 4 months now trying to settle the claim. The company haggled over the cost of my bike even though I had receipts for purchase! I have been promised payment and still have received nothing but false promises. Company is not to be trusted!

We had a bad experience with this company. This company didn't pay the local agent and our shipment was held up. Contact CASE in Singapore. They are aware of this company.

Relocation from Singapore to New Zealand I strongly do not recommend to use this company. This is my horrible experience to use this company, Dawn International Relocation. We decided to use them with their competitive quotation on the rate & dates. At first, The Director, Bhargavan, He booked wrong pick update. We confirmed several times about pack up date for my shipment on 9am 16.Dec 2019. We prepared and got a whole day off, but no one came. And after I called him, found out they booked the truck wrong day, end up to pack up next day, It's only 38 boxes baggage they spent a 8hours. (Actually he quoted only 4 to 5 hours), the truck gone to somewhere else when they are ready to load. Second, He didn't ship my Baggage before Christmas, which is most important agreement with Bhargavan why we decided to use their company. He didn't tell me till my baggage is delayed. Third, THIS IS WHERE WE ARE NOW, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT YET!!! Although Dawn's quotation was delivered by end of January, New Zealand company said Bhargavan of Dawn haven't paid them, they can't deliver. The payment was supposed to receive by end Jan to New Zealand company. We waited & waited delivery notice by New Zealand company, I asked them for update few weeks ago, they said not received payment from Dawn International yet, I asked Bhargavan 13.Mar 2020 about payment. He said "Account is arranging to transfer today.They will receive it by Mon/Tue next week". But by now after 2 weeks still New Zealand company haven't received payment. So, What can I do? I have no idea! Why such a terrible company can survive in Singapore? How much I have been spending limited life without my belongings since I sent my shipment 4 month ago. Should I lodge this case at the small claims tribunals? Is this my mistake? "The Relocator" listed such a bad mover?? Please advice me. How can I get my shipment back...

Been 5 months and we still haven’t received our stuff! 21 minutes ago It’s a F***Up company and This guy is a f**** liar! Our experience is the exact same as what the people here have described! We arranged a shipment with him to Canada in July and he promised it would only take 6 weeks to reach our door step. We trusted him and make the payment. Guess what, the shipment did arrive but in late October! And what’s worse, he didn’t pay the counterpart in Canada so our stuff is still sitting in the warehouse in Canada, waiting for him to make the payment to the delivery company here. We chased him again and again for a bloody whole month and every time he gave us the same excuse: we are facing some internal issues and needing time to resolve it! In the end he asked us to pay the money first to get our stuff delivered and then he would reimburse us, which we didn’t believe his bullsh*t at all so we said we were gonna expose him to all social media and file a complaint to CASE, only then he replied saying that he needed 2 more weeks to get it payment done. Today is the end of his 2 more weeks and we have not heard from him! From now on, We will delivery our promise and proceed to legal action. They are thieves who took payment and never showed up Paid Dawn to do an international move and they failed to show on both dates so had to pay another company to move me who showed up on the same day. Dawn promised to refund me the money in writing and still have not done so now claiming they are penalising me for writing reviews about my experience.

We wrongly selected Dawn International We wrongly selected Dawn International and have significant issues with the integrity and competence of this company. We were deceived about shuttling charges in the UK as we advised the need for shuttling to be included in the door to door quote. We paid in good faith and took out insurance with Bhargavan of Dawn International and were then advised by his UK agent we needed to pay more money for our delivery; When we rejected this we have been threatened with no delivery and invalidation of the insurance cover for not following "industry standard" none of which was explained to, or discussed with, us. As a consequence I ( a pensioner) will be shuttling the load into my home as the uk agent (Brittania)will not do it without further payment. Dawn internaltional and Bhargavan specifically are a disgrace to your industry and lack the competence to deal with this kind of assignment.

Dawn International Relocation Pte Ltd While the packing staff was very diligent in their task, the packing time was 3 days instead of the 1 day plan as original planned due to staff shortage :-(.
