BLUFOX (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD BluFox did an excellent job with the packing - the estimated volume was spot on, as was the time it took to pack and indeed the vessel arrived much earlier than anticipated, nothing was broken or stolen! To me, this is the company's real strength, the Business Manager has years of experience in the business, is responsive and he turns up to check on the packing progress, rather than moving on to the next job. The crew at the UK end was equally professional and experienced, the unpacking was orderly, everyone was enormously helpful, respected our property and picked up every visible scrap of paper before departing. In contrast, BluFox's back office is disappointing, seems only able to deal with straight forward moves and does not seem to have much control over their UK agent. As a result, we were hit with a number of additional charges by their UK agent which should have been made clear upfront, or at least flagged as exclusions but BluFox did absorb most of these in the end.

BLUFOX (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD Very bad experience! Following two positive meetings to estimate volume we were contacted after packing took place to say that the volume was 300 cuft over the estimate and we would be charged for overspill to go via groupage. We complained as our estimator guaranteed we would fit into a 20ft container. They agreed to honour the quote for the original volume and when it came to loading the container (after 1 month storage at their warehouse) lo and behold it all fitted into a 20ft container! We felt totally taken advantage of and a clear attempt to profit from our situation because we had to store first and have the container loaded without being present. I would advise caution using this company, especially if they quote a significantly lower volume than other companies. We trusted them due to the estimator "having over 30 years in the business" but it backfired.

BLUFOX (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD My move was from Singapore to Melbourne. I found the blufox company to be highly professional at the Singapore end with lots of help. The shipment arrived on time as promised. The other end at Melbourne was somewhat dissapointing though. Communication at the Melbourne end was slightly harder and the movers seem to be uninformed of the services that I had paid for earlier (they were unaware that unpacking was part of the service that I had paid for) until I had mentioned it. Overall the service is excellent in Singapore but there is much room for improvement on the Melbourne end.

BLUFOX (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD Packers were lovely. Once they took my money there was no communication or management from the BluFox Client Service Manager unless I begged. They did not offer any support or advice on how to pack, timings, and delivery dates unless chased. I was calling them the day of the planned pack to see if they were actually arriving. Terrible experience. To be honest. I would never recommend them, or use them again if I could help it.

Their local partner in Perth - Chess Moving, was equally good and responsive, from the shipment to the collection of the cartons after unpacking. Will not hesitate to recommend Blufox to anyone seeking an relocation!
