Legend Removals helped me move from UK to Germany. The service was professional and swift and I liked their friendly customer service and moving teams. I did have some anxious moments after reading some negative reviews and after I had booked them and fully paid for their service. However, those feelings were unsubstantiated and I definitely would use Legends Removals again. I recommend them: great value for money (I could have not done it cheaper on my own) and as a low budget company they are doing a fantastic and important job!

Solid experience moving from Denmark to the UK with an apartment's worth of stuff. Got a reasonable, if underestimated, quote, but we also respect that it's a nigh-impossible task to estimate an amount of stuff from lists. We ended up sending videos where we went through all of our stuff, and that led to a more realistic adjustment, but there was still some extra weight we had to pay for at the end. C'est la vie. Everyone was superb throughout the process--the movers were really solid and professional on both the Danish and UK side. We got our stuff within a few days of departure with no breakage. Highly recommended.

Great experience with the sales team. Operations is not very responsive or helpful. Some hiccups along the way (e.g., not enough space in trucks) but ultimately got everything moved in time and with no damage. Would use again (this was for an international move).

Great Job Guys! Everything is fine! I don't have much experience in relocation, but I really liked it with Legend Removals. If you don't want to waste a lot of nerves, you should contact them. Firstly, it simplifies your life at times. You agree on the date and time. Then the LR team comes to you and takes your things away. You do not need to bother, you do not need to carry them around, they will do everything for you. They also helped me pack a few things. Secondly, it does not cost too much. Whatever you will be sent several quotes, and after that, you can choose the most suitable one. And of course, the team is wonderful. They handle your things very carefully. Highly recommended!

Amazing Best relocation ever! It's my first move with the Legend Removals team, and I hope not the last. They're wonderful! The guys were extremely helpful, always cared about me and my things. I was not able to drag an old heavy sofa on my own, and I don't know what I would do without them. Moreover, they even had been waiting for me for about 10 minutes because I was stuck in a traffic jam. Well, I liked them much and would recommend them to ya all.

Cost effective but had few bumps before pickup The pricing per m3 is pretty confusing and might cause frustration during move. It was comparatively cost effective that's why I selected along with promise of plastic wrapping. Everything I had already packed into boxes. I get a comms few days before move after paying deposit that Plastic wrapping won't be done. Had to escalate to get this sorted out eventually. Jacob from sales was extremely helpful. In terms of move itself, it was fine and everything was received in order. But I believe the operations and sales team should talk between them more often - the gap was pretty evident.

I turned to LR on my friend’s advice. The team loaded all my belongings quickly, and there were no problems except the piano. Pretty good all round I was nervous about picking a company off internet, it feels like a big risk,. This one was one of five we were offered and it had good reviews for international moves, besides it was one of the cheaper ones, and I was able to negotiate some better conditions, The move itself went really well, OK they were some hours late picking up the stuff, but we had allowed for that, and they were an hour late delivering but (a) I think that is not unreasonable and (b) they phoned to let us know, at least at the delivery end. The movers themselves were really nice people, competent, very friendly and very polite. Communications with the company were good, not the office phone because that is always on the answer machine, but via a cell phone where there was always someone.

My only down point would be that there was a long time, 10 days for delivery, which was quite a long time not to have my belongings for - my expectations were set incorrectly at the beginning I think on this at it was mentioned 3-5 days.

Great and Smooth Everything works as we talked, we had bad experience with Pearsone company but Legend Removals was great... The coordination for the pickup was on time and they were always telling us when will be the truck on our property. My journey started with the sales support that help me to define the right setup for my move. Then I paid a deposit and they confirmed my move date. I was a little bit disappointed with the period required to confirm my collection date. Initially 5 days... Then later went to 3 days that gave me few days to organise myself. But the sales support managed to give me some guarantee for the collection date. The collection team was great. They came with 2 truck 25m3 and 15m3 to move 25m3 stuff.
