Terribly. It seems to me the companies business model is to sell a service, not to provide it. They give the impression that once you have paid for your move in advance, they company is powerless and takes no responsibility on what may happen to your property including potential theft by their own staff. They show no intention to even try to address any issues.

Aggressive customer service, especially if you dare to write a review. Our goods arrived damaged, wet, and mouldy with a distinct Urine smell, but the GM/social media person will go out of his way to have the review removed before trying to deal with the issue or even just giving you a simple apology. I'd look elsewhere for shipping, no one needs to pay this much money just to be treated this poorly and have your goods arrive damaged or worse.

A professional experience from start to finish! ExecuMove were brilliant. Our belongings were professionally packed and wrapped with care. The staff were great. I would recommend ExecuMove to anyone thinking about relocation.

Easy move Everything went well, no problems

Surpassed all expectations - the best ever. My son and his wife shipped a 20 foot container from Durban to Exeter in the UK. I was involved all the way . There were challenges as he was shipping a 1980 BMW bike and two large machines in the shipment. These had to be crated and loaded. Leigh Young of Execu-move was exceptional. She assisted with and found out what had to be done with this challenging shipment. Standing in the hot Durban sun in December supervising the loading at the depot from start to finish. There was a slight hitch in London , but again Leigh sorted this all out for us. The shipment arrived in the UK as scheduled and was delivered within a month to Exeter. Absolutely nothing was damaged or lost. Execu-move all they way!!!!

Execu-move I have not finished this experience yet, as my luggage is yet to get to me. But, to date, everything was well handled. I am looking forward to finding out how well it has shipped.

Execu-move The initial quote was reasonable and their willingness to accommodate my dates were very good, however, paperwork was difficult, was not advised of all paperwork to be provided upfront. Incorrect forms sent to me, had to keep reminding person handling my goods of correct country I was shipping to. Good updates as still waiting for my goods to be shipped, as shared container is only 80% full. Overall not bad, the packing gentlemen were extremely professional and efficient I was impressed by them. Once I receive my goods will comment further.

Execu-move as far as prepping everything prior to move it was done very well. we had 15 black plastic big jim containers to be shipped over to Australia but unfortunately these have not left SA as yet. i do understand that they need to fill a container and we will have to be patient but would be very happy if we could hear very soon that it is on the way.
