Truly terrible experience with this company who not only damaged the goods and did not communicate delivery timelines at all, but also charged an extra £1,350 for completely unexplained 'charges' and refused to refund this. It has been incredibly stressful and disappointing and I would warn anyone to avoid working with this team at all costs.

Everything arrived on time and unbroken. My shipment was a bit pricey from what I had expected, but was otherwise completely stress free. I opted for an air shipment which was quoted at 5x more expensive than by sea. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I was assigned one contact person who was attentive throughout the whole process and let me know where my belongings were as they moved. Anytime I had questions or concerns, I was listened to and they responded very well in helping me through what can be a stressful process. All their agents were professional and communicative. Highly recommend.

Terrible Initially speaking to Michael was great, he told us our belonging would be 2-3 weeks from point of collection in August, they would be blanket wrapped and picked up and delivered to the door. The price was fair and communication good. Our goods were picked up then sat in a warehouse in Edinburgh for 2 months. Lisa the coordinator was then tasked to keep in contact with us and arrange delivery, Lisa could not coordinate a phone or her email, the only time we heard anything was when we chased to find out what was happening. Eventually our belongings turned up 3 months later via DHL and had travelled to Spain by plane, The boxes looked like they had been thrown on and off the plane and around the warehouse for months which they had, there was no sign of a blanket and our valuable items broken. The DHL driver was actually very good, he arranged to drop the boxes off after he finished and help us get them down the stairs, apart from that the service was terrible. Do not use this company! Simple communication would of resolved all our issues, unfortunately the basics were missed and we were left guessing.

Move from London to Barcelona for living Very disappointed. We chose them as their quote stated extra packaging of goods, you which never happened. The communication was slow and unreliable, last minute information. Several goods arrived damaged, the also damaged the flat we moved into. No reply from them when raised my concerns. Unacceptable for the money paid.

As smooth as could be hoped for. Stress free. From Eastern France to Edinburgh. Cheerful, punctual service. Excellent communication.

Very good experience We have a pleasant experience. All the moving process has occurred the way we have planned together with GMS. All professional that we had contact with was efficient and very helpful. Every steps have happened nicely, besides the pandemia.

Overall friendly service and minimal damages We found them over the internet and decided to try them. We shipped our items from Copenhagen to Kuala Lumpur. It worked out well and we received our items in good working order. I will definitely recommend GMS. Just make sure if you arrange door-to-door service you find out how many people will come to pack your items. We only had 2 people and we ended up packing items ourselves.

Awful, waiting 7 weeks, container has not left England yet. Our belongings were collected on the 4th December, we were told 8 to 12 weeks. It is coming up to 8 weeks and the container has still not left England. We are not receiving any communication from the company. They have had our money for 9 weeks and have not delivered. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
