Very friendly at the start but the delivery was badly managed and 2 months late. Karl Botz was no help at all, didn’t keep his promises and led us on. Had a much better experience with another Paris based moving company Grospiron before. Do not choose Global Relocation if you don’t want to spend more money than was originally quoted by Karl Botz. Very bad experience, waste of time with communication and Karl makes promises that he does not keep. Stay away from this company!

Excellent service and were very thorough with their service. They provided all of the necessary paperwork and were clear on how this was to be completed to assist with a smooth delivery services. The movers on site were excellent and very careful when handling all of the packages. I would highly recommend the company.

Stephane Mouly was our contact person and he made sure that we were informed of every step of the process. He responded to our emails within the hour and he was efficient and timely. He cleared customs in record time and made arracngement for delivery that suited our timetable. We were very satisfied with the service and we would use them again. Their Canadian counterpart (Boyd.ca) was equally reliable and good.

Good start, nightmare finish Karl Botz from the sales team did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable and communicative. That’s where the positive part of the review ends. Goods were poorly packed/protected. Freezer had a lot of indents and two standing lights were badly damaged because of unsuitable packaging. Paid an arm and a leg to have my own container. When it was delivered at my new address, surprise, surprise. Everything had been loaded into another container together with stuff from other customers. No apologies, customer service department didn’t bother to respond to emails. Never again. Karl shouldn’t be working for such a company.
