Much trouble trying to get repair for damaged item My company contracted ITO to receive & deliver my household items in Berlin. I found several items damaged & reported the damage within a day. ITO sent a man over to assess the damage. I suspect there's termite damage to my antique armoire. First he came & said definitively "no termite" then he said my armoire is not antique. He has no training to make such statements. Getting them to repair items is like pulling teeth. Very hard to communicate with them. I feel like I'm communicating with people from a communist country in the 80's--they don't care. Slow in paperwork they need to clear my items through customs. I do not recommend.

ITO Mobeltransport Group on time... helpful and friendly... two guys worked hard... very careful and wrapped things that needed wrapping with blankets... I anticipated to fill the two containers between 3-4 hours... we did it in 3.5 hours (household goods and a car... not a single piece broken or damaged (and that is what you hope for)

ITO Mobeltransport Group Der Preis war ok. Leider kam nicht mein Container an sondern nur der Inhalt. Irgendein ganz Schlauer hat den Inhalt meines Container in Bangkok auf einen LKW umgeladen. Beim Umladen gehen natürlich immer Sachen zu Bruch. Vor allem wenn man die schweren Sachen wie z.B. ein Backofen nach oben nimmt und auf die leichten Sachen stellt. Als die Tür vom LKW aufging konnte man sehr gut sehen was passiert war. Ich habe ITO mit den Bilder konfrontiert aber die lehnten jeglicher Verantwortung ab! Container öffnen und umladen geht nicht !!! the price was ok. My stuff arrive in time. I expect my container but no container come. the reload my container in bangkok on one of there own trucks. there the make a big mistake in the way that the unfortunately put the havy things ontop the light stuff ! thats why parts of my furniture get completly destroid on the 600 km journey from bkk to my home town. I could document with pictures the mistake the did but the ITO refused any respomsibility.
