awful i advise you AVOID the hassle this removal caused me.van leaked rain onto our sofa and furniture. rude workers who demanded more money if they went past 5pm despite us paying for a full service in advance.Kept asking for money. no blankets or bubble wrap. they left all of our breakables behind without telling us. We couldnt find our TV , called them and they said they had left it behind as van was full. This was not true. Left all of our pictures, mirrors, tv, crockery etc etc. Walked dirt into our carpets. Had to return to the old property 8 seperate times to collect everything they left behind. Awful service and rude staff. Contacted the admin after this and was told we should have paid for two vans which i snot true as we previously moved into the property with one luton van. They packed the boxes so badly each box was half full. AVOID
