Phoenix Worlwide Movers LLC I would never and ever recommend any body to avail the services of this movers as they are not at all capable to handle international shipment. Infact i must say that i have been cheated by this company. First on the day of move their team said that your items are more than 35 cbm, its is around 39 cbm means 4 cbm extra. For this they charged me extra 1000 AED even though we have an contract that they will never charged me any thing extra. Then they all suppose to provide the handy man service , but at the end they did not carry out any service of handyman. They took 3 week to deliver my items from UAE to Qatar. The service of installation of my furniture in Doha was so poor. I received my three items in damage condition. I have requested the operation manager to have the insurance of my items, but he did not done that. I wish if i am inUAE i should report to Police about this company as they are cheating the customers. The unprofessional team especialy Operation Manager.
