Review for Extraspace: I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Extraspace. Right from the start, the red flags were evident. I was initially quoted AED8,000 for shipping my belongings from Abu Dhabi to Davao. However, after packing and wrapping, they hiked the price to an outrageous AED20,000! This was not only unprofessional but also quite shocking. After expressing my concerns, I had to meet with their manager in my empty apartment, where he tried to negotiate the price down to AED15,000, but with a catch – he wanted a personal payment of AED1,000. Out of desperation and with limited choices, I agreed. I did, however, retain evidence of this shady deal. Despite being promised a delivery timeline of 40-55 days (with 55 days being the "worst-case scenario" according to Dion), it's now been over 70 days, and I am still in the dark about the whereabouts of my belongings. Attempts to get answers from anyone, including the Managing Director, Ayman Al-Chihabi, have been futile. I sincerely regret my decision to entrust Extraspace with my possessions and strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. It's not worth the stress, hidden costs, and blatant lack of accountability.

not recommended When they packed my things they left them unattended for 5 hrs, I have lost many precious items and they simply asked me to ask the insurance to pay me for the lost items. Communication was horrible and they didn’t have solutions
