My experience with Arrow Line Logistic was really amazing and excellent, everything was clear from the beginning, starting from payment and agreed fees and strong communication to arrange their Packers team to come to collect my boxes, till the excellent communication in update me about the status of my shipment and estimating time of arrival, they informed me it will take about 3 months from Doha-To Sydney but you can add extra one month in case of the on loading process from other company as they are using one big ship for that. so, my overall experience was excellent in both sending goods and communication with Arrow line logistic Team. I will not waste more time to explain in details. They were really good at Qatar However they cannot make their partner listen to them. My suggestion do not pay full amount until you receive all items as their response and action not proper hence the payment fully received. Most likely we will end up at court as they are not compensating and blaming that I did not sign the delivery note. In the invoice I got charged for unboxing and simply the agent here said they will not unlock it is not in their scope of work. I had to unbox more than 13 box out of 31. I would have expected them to solve the issue but it is still alive since 2 months. If you have time to deal with all these issues go ahead and work with them. I am sure arrow management will respond like they have responded other complaints. Feel free to try them and have the hassle.

Mr Aiman has dealt with our shipment from Qatar to the UK. He was super efficient with all communication and support. I highly recommend this company.
