Hi My experience was very bad, I sent 15 boxes from Qatar to India, we deal in qr.6000 with Delight international by sea. They promised my shipment reached in 75 to 90 days but it will be reached after 120 days.They send my luggage via UAE, My shipment reached at Mumbai on 18th may and servile relocations company is handling my shipment they took more then 30 days to clear port formalities. My every follow-up they promised me it will clear soon but it was actually not. And finally height of miss commitments is my shipment was delivered on 20jun but some how it was not reached even 21 that after I started inquiry. I called from morning 10 and I finally got answer at 7.30 evening my shipment still not uploaded from Mumbai, and I have flight on 23rd jun. They insist me keep your luggage in our wearhouse. It was very bed experience. Also they took Rs.22000 as port duty but actual duty they paid in port only Rs.1050. and receipt also received after so many follow-ups and it took approximately 20 days.
