Do not use this moving company! It should have been a red flag to me as they didn't arrive on time and I only knew about it because I had to call them. Their communication was non-existent and their prices didn't include hidden charges. They didn't inform me that my shipment was delayed leaving Thailand and they charged me an additional 1000 dollars to hold it. They were told by my moving agent in Moscow to not send the shipment through St. Petersburg port as it is disorganised and I will be liable for additional charges. None of this we ever communicated to me. I wasn't even told that I would have to pay 4 euros per gross kg customs duty. The Moscow agent informed the movers of this but they failed to inform me. Had I know this I would have not sent the shipment. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional.

Shipment arrived on schedule & in good order I recently emigrated to Thailand & had some belongings shipped over here, the company in the UK weren't brilliant, I was charged more than quoted & had problems tracking my shipment but once it had arrived in Thailand I was informed by e-mail & was given estimated date, it took longer because of the virus pandemic but the company here were very professional & helpful & would recommend them

Boonma Moving & Storage Co. Ltd. Boonma Moving, Thailand: We moved from Seoul to Bangkok, our moving management company was Optimoving and we decently satisfied with their service. But their moving partner in Bangkok, Boonma was terrible. They were very slow, and unprofessional at all. The representative didn't respond my calls and didn't return time to time. Their service was slow, and their process was not so transparent.
