Mondial Movers Terrible experience!! Avoid at all costs or be prepared for a true nightmare, a lot of stress and extra costs. At a certain moment I just wanted to pay and get rid of them...and that's how they "do business"...

Poor service and damaged items not fixed My experience with Mondial Movers International was very negative. Some items were damaged and movers tried to fix them, but they were broken. No solutions were offered, which was very disappointing, as we had paid for insurance, which can only be contacted by them. I wouldn't reccommend this company to anyone having to organise an international move, they are very unproffessional

Mondial Movers International The whole team from assessment to end result was professional, helpful and friendly. The lorry used was fantastic as the back door was a lift which could go up 6.5m which enabled everything to be moved thro' the bedroom wi dow of a 2nd floor flat. They were totally great and removed any stress involved in such a big move. Top!!

Mondial Movers International We were told the packing would take no more than 3 hrs. Movers arrived around 9.15 and started work. They didn't have bubble wrap for my vintage chair or customized boxes for my bike or floor lamps, so they were cutting up boxes to fit everything. Around 12.30 it didn't look they would be done within an hour. Because we had to leave at 13.45 for an appointment, the movers had to put all the boxes outside in the corridor or at the fire exit, so we could close up. Later we heard from a neighbor that the movers ran into the fence and a couple of wooden board were damaged. All in all we weren't really happy with the experience. I hope all my boxes will arrive safely in the Netherlands.
