Removal men complained about travel time and 3 flights stair I found the lady booking the move helpful and I explained in detail what I had to move (no large goods, no fridge or w/m) and also confirmed there were 3 flights of stairs with no lift. I helped a lot with the smaller items so that the job was completed in 2hrs. I booked for 9.30am - 2 removal men arrived 15 mins late (no call to let me know) Both men complained that it took them 2 hrs to travel to my job, they also complained about the stairs. They dragged my 2 seater sofa on the ground They left some small items on the street (after they said they had finished the job) They damaged 2 of the boxes And complained about the price

WEMOVE International Relocations The team that picked upbmy stuff from Dubai and the team arranging the pick up were nothing short of excellent. Delivery to Oman was prompt and on time. The only reasons they dont get a 5 star rating are: (1) I had to do a lot of convincing for the delivery team to help me unload my stuff and (2) they do not give you the option of purchasung insurance. You wouls have to do that separately
