Twiga Logistics The move was Ok, except they broke the treadmill in the move. Failed to provide insurance paperwork when asked prior to departure. When I had to make a claim at destination as I couldn't get the treadmill repaired, I was told I only had two weeks after delivery to claim. I would have known this if they had provided me the paperwork. Other thing is it took several emails and urgent phone calls after container had arrived for them to make final payments (note I had prepaid everything prior to container departure). Twiga Logistics The local agent in Dubai Twiga Logistics and in Pakistan Global Packers have both cheated me. The quotation as per Dubai agent included all the associated cost of Pakistan Port and delivery whereas at the end of the day all the charges were thrown to me by cheating.
