Totally disappointed at the incompetence. Items were picked up on July 16th, 2019. Was emailed a few weeks later saying our items would ship out on August 26th. Received phone call a week later, the week we left the UAE, saying someone else’s items were mistakenly shipped instead of ours. We were assured a solution by mid-October. As of today, November 20th, our items are STILL in Dubai. We are so disappointed at the incompetence and to be honest I don’t even care about the money we spent on this company but I’m afraid all our things will be ruined, if and when they finally do arrive. We have spent so much on things that we should have with us by now...

ABSOLUUT PLEASUE. HASSLE FREE I have moved a lot and this RELOCATION INTERNATIONAL with LOGIC RELOCATION was the best I have ever had and it was pain free, great priced, all promises executed, full disclosure on all aspects, open and honest and regular communication all the way. It was a very big move, 40ft high container, with plenty valuables and breakables, and after unpacking all at new location NOT A SINGLE BREAKAGE. The total of pacckeed furniture and bixes arrived and cintrol counting was done with me. At new location ALL FURNITURE was unwrapped and placed exactly as I asked. Packing at origin took 4 days and at destination unloading and placing furniture took 18 hours. While container was in transit I was notified regularly of progress. I was notified of delivery date in advance and delivery was exactly on the day and time. I WILL RECOMMEND RELOCATION LOGIC TO ANY ONE WITH NO HESITANCY AS THEY DID GO BEYOND EXPECTATION AND DELVERED EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANK YOU NEIL ( OWNER) for your personal contact at all times.
