John was very humble and professional and gave me a fixed quote for packaging, storage and end to end delivery. Because of the Red Sea blockade the time was a little longer and price just slightly higher. They didn’t disappoint. They packaged, wrapped and labeled everything professionally. Dubai to Doha One of the worst experience ever had in my life with regards to relocation. Except packing and the team in Qatar led by Sunith, there is absolutely nothing right with the experience. The team in Dubai is with you...for you till the consignment is packed and sealed, post that its just the wait and wait....absolutely no response and blame game from Dubai office.

The unpackers here commented that they had rarely seen such good quality cardboard packaging and asked me to congratulate Bridgewater-which i did. I had no damaged item/ glass in 67 large boxes . Very well organized shipping towards Germany good price Me and my family I moved from Dubai to Germany in June 2019, our household items were well packed and labeled. The crew was nice and fast when they started packing our household. I was overall very pleased with their company. The only negative point I need to make is on their labeling strategy, I would prefer a coloring sticker system and a more detailed description about each box what's in it, to find easier the required items. But everything else was perfect.

excellent and professional We have chosen Bridgeway between 3 other companies offered to move our household items from Dubai UAE to Sydney Australia, we liked Bridgeway offer because it was reasonable (although payment has been done by my employer company) and they have explained everything in details in their first workshop presentation the first time they inspect our house, then they kept the communication line wide open for our frequent questions even on public holidays, i may mention the name of "Derashine", she was thoughtful, smart and excellent communicator, dates were planned and set with us, all forms sent to us and filled and even communicated with their Australian agent (Nuss Re Locations), Bridgeway sent their people on time to pack all our items in Dubai, for both Air Freight (150 kg) and Sea freight (20ft container), they did it in very good 2 days and all in professional way, we have agreed on the timing of the 2 shipments and everything went on schedule. there was bit of difficulties in the air freight shipment (and their agent DHL) but after bit of delay in Sydney we received our 150 KG air freighted boxes, the sea freight went in a very better smooth procedures and we received our goods all in good shape (although we haven't open the boxes yet, we just stored it in a separate store we arranged until we move to our own home), Nuss (agent in Sydney) were excellent as well (Maureen; she was real good and professional), again; thanks very much to Bridgeway and their agent in Sydney

Abu Dhabi to Houston An absolute horrible experience. This company should not be in business. From the planning of the packing, showed up late the first day and took two extra days to pack everything, nearly doubled the price quoted because of the increased volume only to find out after we received the items that many of the boxes had one item in it and in some cases were empty. Delivery was a month late. Many items were damaged due to poor packing. Overcharged for crating that was not used and still has not refunded the money. Non responsive to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Bridgeway Relocations I used Bridgeway relocation based in dubai to move our household belongings to Tangier, Morocco. There were very cheap in comparison to the other movers I had selected, this was to my own peril. I tried to keep the cost down as the company was paying for the relocation. at first response from sales was good, the packing and collection was good (good hard working guys). But communication was not the best between Bridgeway and ourselves. but the worst part was there partners in Morocco, the company is called MouMene International moving company MIMC. This company is run by complete idiots that have the poorest communication skills, they are rude in response to emails, demand cash for no apparent reason, do not answer calls, have a lack of empathy when it comes to dealing with a very stressful time, treat you as if you are the one being paid to do Something, basically piss poor service all round with a lot of stress and arguments, Please Avoid this company there SHIT.

Instead you will have literally a DOOR to DOOR delivery and end up carrying all the heavy boxes yourself, as unpacking, building and remove all the debries yourself! In the contract is mentioned that they can't guarantee a fixed timeline, due to logistics. Which at a timely fashion would be acceptable...get yourself prepared for endless follow up's with either no communication or miscommunication between them and their 2nd, 3rd and 4th parties. Generally be careful with the quote, again they can not guarantee the exact space needed-but you will be definitely- half the amount underquote you! Packers on the day were, awsome and thanks to their great job, only one small thing broke during the process!

Bridgeway Relocations What started out as a good move has been a disaster. The pack up was prompt and done well, unfortunately down hill from there. My goods sat in Dubai for over a month and were only shipped once I enquired (29th Dec) to the date they would be delivered and I was told "They will leave Dubai around the 2nd January". Move was packed up at the end of November I was quoted 30 days + 9-12 days through customs. My delivery should have been here and cleared customs by mid January, unfortunately I am still waiting on delivery and it is looking more like mid to late March, if I am lucky! Really disappointing and not what I was sold. I have sent several emails to them asking what was the reason for is for the delay and they do not respond at all to my requests. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Bridgeway Relocations Bridgeway Relocations moved our household belongings from Abu Dhabi to Bahrain at a very competitive rate and packers were professional/polite and did an excellent job so that nothing was broken when unpacked. Our only criticism was a lack of communication from the company, requiring regular chasing for updates and the overall time for the shipping was quite long at 4 weeks door to door with only 2 days actual shipping time.
