Very bed experience We moved from Dubai to Georgie in Summer 2020. And it was the worst experience in my life. If you use AGS service I advise you to stay with them when they go to pack your boxes to avoid any disappearance of your personal belongings. Our own bed experience. More than ever this company is absent when you need to make complaints. Pray not to have any disappointments during your move because you will be alone in front of your problems. Regarding their insurance, know that they will do everything not to reimburse you. Our car arrived scratched and the battery was dead. They did not do necessary to move correctly the car. And they call thelself the professionals?? Very bad experience!!!!

Poor Service with poor customer services we were disappointed as we reciverd our container one month later than what they estimated In regarding to fitting our furnature was not done as they promise that they will come back to finish We had to wait for three weeks then I had to hire some one to do it and pay for it myself When we complained to Dubai management they said they are having problems with uk brunch!!!

Bungling! We will regret forever our decision to appoint AGS to relocate our possessions from the UAE to South Africa. Although the packing was OK, that's where the good work stopped. Complete absence of information and updates. Mismanaged clearing in South Africa. Delivered over 20 days late. Disrespectful and ignorant staff. Argumentative sales man (Hashem). Think very hard about appointing AGS to do your move!

The worst moving company ever - Theft and Delays AGS is the worst moving company I have ever used. Firstly, they were late by a few weeks with my shipment even though I ordered an express airline shipment. On the day of the shipment, the delivery men were late and did not even apologise or let me know that they were running late. The delivery men that came into my home were rude and used an aggressive tone with me. I was there with a baby and did not appreciate their lack of respect. They also went upstairs in my home without waiting for instructions from me. They wondered alone in my house which was worrying. They were in my bedroom unpacking and I was in and out of the room as I was taking care of a young baby and organising the unpacking. Once they left it occurred to me that my jewellery box which had valuable items went missing. The jewellery box was there in the morning as I saw it and then disappeared once they left. There were no other strangers in my home that day other than the delivery men. I suspect it has been stolen. I let AGS know but they were unhelpful and unwilling to compensate me for my loss and for the terrible experience I have had with them. AGS did not guarantee the safety of my home nor were they willing to take responsibility for their negligence.

AGS Movers - Dubai AGS in Dubai where a great company and did an excellent job packing up our things and sending them off. We were not as satisfied with the movers in the U.S. because they only had two movers in the truck and they did not reassemble the furniture that had been taken apart during the packaging.
